Terms of Use

By using MeToon, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant MeToon the limited rights needed to store, process, generate, display, and share it according to the actions you choose. You must own each upload or have permission from every identifiable person shown. You may not impersonate, exploit, or sexualize a real person without consent.

Generated content

Automated outputs can contain mistakes. Review an episode before publishing or sharing it. Do not use MeToon for high-stakes identity, medical, legal, financial, or factual decisions.

Sparks and purchases

Sparks are an in-app consumable used for generation and upgrades. Google Play processes purchases. Verified purchases are credited by the backend. Failed eligible generation jobs are refunded as Sparks. Sparks are not money, cannot be transferred, and are not redeemable for cash except where law requires.

Safety and enforcement

We may block requests, remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate law, these terms, or the Community Guidelines. Reports and appeals are reviewed using the information available to us.

Service changes

Models, pricing, limits, and features may change. We aim for reliable operation but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free generated output.
